Preligens is a French company founded in 2016 by Arnaud Guérin and Renaud Allioux, specializing in artificial intelligence applied to geospatial data analysis for the defense and intelligence sectors. Its solutions automate the identification of objects of military interest from satellite images, videos and acoustic signals, offering considerable time savings for analysts.
In 2024, Preligens was acquired by the Safran group for 220 million euros and became Safran.AI, integrated into the Safran Electronics & Defense division. This acquisition aims to strengthen Safran’s capabilities in the fields of artificial intelligence, aeronautics, defense and space.
