SAFRAN: WHO ARE THEY?

Safran is a leading French industrial group specializing in aerospace and defense. Created in 2005 through the merger of Snecma and Sagem, Safran designs and produces aircraft engines, aircraft equipment and high-tech defense systems. Present in over 30 countries, the group is recognized as a major player in the global aerospace sector.

commitments and achievements

Safran is strongly committed to technological innovation and sustainable development. The Group spends around 1.4 billion euros a year on research and development, much of which is dedicated to reducing the carbon footprint of aviation. Its LEAP engine, developed in partnership with GE Aviation, has already exceeded 35 million flight hours, and reduces fuel consumption by 15% compared with the previous generation. Safran is also aiming for carbon neutrality in its industrial operations by 2030.

Our adventure with the saffron group

We had the pleasure of being contacted by the Safran group to produce embroidered flame key-rings in several colors (blue, green, khaki, red…), with the brand logo on the front and the product name on the back, in white embroidery that adds relief to the flame. F n the wake of this great success, our collaboration continued with new, equally exciting projects.

In particular, we took part in promoting the new Newton laboratory in 2024, creating digital print key rings in bright, dynamic colors, perfectly in tune with Safran’s image of innovation. We also had the opportunity to work on a key ring woven around Safran Skyjacker, their anti-drone device, as well as many other projects. It’s always a great pleasure to work with such a prestigious group as Safran, and to support them in their ambitious and innovative projects.
