How can I change my order after validation?
If you wish to modify your order after validation, please contact us as soon as possible.
As long as production has not yet started, we can make certain modifications (quantity, design, text, etc.).
Please note! Once production has begun, changes are no longer possible, as key rings are made to measure.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice is automatically sent once your order has been dispatched.
If required, we can also supply a pro forma invoice, useful for internal validation or with the accounting department before payment.
