In the rush package, there’s no need to send off the prototype; once the proof has been approved, the order goes straight into production. This applies to embroidery, weaving, digital print and PVC (under certain conditions).
If your order arrives damaged or does not correspond to what you have validated, please contact us immediately by email or telephone, specifying your order number. We will investigate your complaint promptly and do everything in our power to rectify the problem.
Keep all packaging and, if possible, take photos of the damage to help us process your claim.
