1 - customization & design

Can I supply an image generated by artificial intelligence?

We accept images generated by AI. Texture effects (embroidery, weaving, relief…) and small details can be modified according to project feasibility. Ideally, we prefer vectorized files such as .ai, .svg or .pdf (vectorized fonts), as they enable optimum adaptation of your illustrations to the design of the key ring. However, we also accept conventional image formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg and .gif. Make sure your files are of the highest quality to guarantee optimum rendering.

Do I have to write REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT?

No, not at all: each side of your flame key ring can contain the elements (text, logo, design…) you want.

Is the number of colors limited?

Yes, depending on the production method and its technical constraints

Can the minimum order of 100 include several key ring models?

No, all 100 copies must be identical. For larger quantities, it is possible to mix colors from the same model.

Can my key ring contain a color gradient?

Yes, it’s perfectly possible to incorporate a gradient on your key ring. For optimum results, we recommend digital printing, which enables you to reproduce color gradations smoothly and precisely. This is also possible in weave mode, in which case the gradient can be broken down into several color sequences (at extra cost if the number of colors exceeds 5).

Do the advertised prices include manufacturing costs?

Our prices are net and include technical costs. Postage and any graphic retouching are extra.

Do you make key rings for special events (weddings, christenings, birthdays)?

Yes, we make personalized key rings for every occasion: weddings, christenings, birthdays…It’s an original and lasting idea for a unique souvenir for your loved ones.

Is it possible to mix manufacturing methods?

It is not possible to combine several techniques on the same side, but a key ring can have one side embroidered and the other woven (price on request). For complex visuals, we can also combine different methods, for example: embroidery + digital print, digital print + PVC, or digital print + leather, to obtain a rendering as close as possible to your design.

What are the advantages of a tarpaulin-print key ring?

The tarpaulin print key ring is lightweight, M1-class (fire-retardant), resistant and waterproof. It can be used to print highly detailed visuals with good rendering, while still being suitable for everyday use. It’s a practical, original and economical solution.

Yes, it’s entirely possible to customize the shape of your flame key rings to suit your preferences. You can choose any shape you like (plane, boat, car, flame, etc.). Please note, however, that an additional cost may be applied if the requested shape is particularly complex.

Can I add a QR code, URL or phone number?

Yes, of course! You can add any contact information you like: contact details, QR code (not embroidery), website link, NFC chip (chip that detects the phone and opens a link), photo, message…

No, within the following limits (70x20mm to 160x30mm), customized dimensions are possible.

Is it possible to add a different text or number to each key ring (e.g. names, numbers, etc.)?

As a general rule, our key rings are produced in identical series. However, adding a unique text or number to each key ring (such as an individual name or number) is possible on request, but involves a specific manufacturing process and additional costs (valid for weaving and digital print).

What’s the difference between embroidery and weaving?

In the case of woven Remove Before Flight key rings, the text, designs and logos are incorporated directly into the weave of the fabric, whereas in the case of embroidered key rings, the elements are placed in relief using an embroidery machine on a pre-colored cotton/poly fabric. In this way, embroidered key rings have an embossed effect, which is not the case with woven key rings.

Can the back of the key ring be different from the front?

Yes, of course, the reverse side can be different. You can personalize each side with a distinct text, logo or visual, depending on your needs. This allows you to add your own information or contact details, and play around with an original double-sided design.

Do I have to create the visual if I don’t have a design?

– Solution 1: The FLAM’DESIGNER: this is our design tool that lets you easily integrate your logos, illustrations and images to create your own project. – Solution 2: If you don’t yet have a design, we can help you create it. Our team can create a proof from your ideas, a sketch, a text or even a simple logo (you’ll need to factor in an additional graphic composition fee).

What file formats do you accept for the logo or visual?

We accept several file formats for your logo or visual. Ideally, we prefer vectorized files such as .ai, .svg or .pdf (vectorized fonts), as they enable optimum adaptation of your illustrations to the design of the key ring. Will I receive a prototype?

Unless there is an urgent deadline, a photo of your flame key ring will be sent to you by email. However, this prototype image is only available with a firm order, and only for embroidery or weaving. Please allow an additional 3/4 days for the prototype of your personalized key ring.

Will I receive a preview or mock-up of my key ring before production?

Yes, you will receive a graphic simulation (BAT) of your key ring before it goes into production. This photo allows you to visualize the final rendering of your key ring. Mass production will only start after your approval.

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?

Yes, we apply sliding-scale prices according to quantities ordered. The more key rings you order, the lower the unit price. Please let us know the quantity you require when requesting a quotation, and we’ll offer you the best price for your volume.

Will I receive a personalized quote before I place my order?

Yes, of course! You can request a no-obligation personalized quote via our online form or FLAM’DESIGNER. All you have to do is specify your requirements (quantity, type of key ring, dimensions, visuals, etc.), and we’ll send you a detailed quotation together with a graphic simulation (BAT) of your design based on the elements you’ve provided.

Do I have to pay for my order before production?

Yes, as soon as the order is signed, unless special conditions apply. This allows us to definitively validate your project and guarantee production and delivery times. Production begins only after validation of the photo, if payment has been received, and receipt of payment.

How do I place my order?

3 - delivery & tracking

Can I get express delivery?

Yes, we offer a “rush” package for urgent orders. This service speeds up the production and delivery process, subject to feasibility depending on the chosen production method and the complexity of the visual. In the rush package, there’s no need to send off the prototype; once the proof has been approved, the order goes straight into production. This applies to embroidery, weaving, digital print and PVC (under certain conditions).

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or does not correspond to what you have validated, please contact us immediately by email or telephone, specifying your order number. We will investigate your complaint promptly and do everything in our power to rectify the problem. Keep all packaging and, if possible, take photos of the damage to help us process your claim.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer several shipping options:

Are international deliveries available?

Yes, we ship our personalized key rings all over the world thanks to our reliable logistics partners such as UPS, DHL, La Poste, Colissimo or TNT, depending on the type of order and destination. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that will enable you to follow your parcel in real time until it’s delivered. Delivery costs and times may vary depending on the destination.

What are your lead times?

4 - Invoicing & service

Do you have a return or refund policy?

As our key rings are 100% personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged once manufactured, except in the event of an error on our part or a product that does not conform to the validated proof.

How can I change my order after validation?

If you wish to modify your order after validation, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as production has not yet started, we can make certain modifications (quantity, design, text, etc.). Please note! Once production has begun, changes are no longer possible, as key rings are made to measure.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice is automatically sent once your order has been dispatched. If required, we can also supply a pro forma invoice, useful for internal validation or with the accounting department before payment.

Can I buy personalized key rings from your website?

All personalized flame key-rings are presented as samples. They are the property of their sponsors and we have undertaken not to commercialize them. Generic “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT” key rings are available for purchase in our store.

Why can’t I use embroidery to create a detailed logo on my key ring?

This manufacturing method applies thread topstitching to a neutral fabric background. Although the results are often very successful, embroidery machines are not capable of reproducing motifs or texts that are too small or too complex.

Where are your key rings made?

Our key rings are mainly made in China, but also in Europe, depending on the type of production. For example, embroidery can be carried out in Europe to guarantee shorter lead times and reduce the carbon footprint. We carefully select our workshops to ensure quality, reliability and compliance with standards at every stage of production. To best adapt to your needs and guarantee optimal rendering.

Is it possible to change manufacturing methods during production?

In some cases (e.g. if the result of the embroidery is not suitable), an additional fee will be charged.

Are there any restrictions on the type of content (logos, texts, images)?

Yes, each manufacturing method has its own technical specificities, which can limit certain renderings.

Here’s an overview:

Embroidery :

  • Text smaller than 4 mm becomes difficult to read.
  • Overly detailed visuals, small elements, gradients or fine shades are not feasible.
  • Up to 5 colors on key ring

Weaving :

  • Fewer constraints than embroidery.
  • Gradients are still complicated, but you can use more shades of color.
  • Up to 5 colors on the key ring (up to 12 colors available at extra cost).

Digital print / Transfer print :

  • No major technical constraints.
  • All types of visuals are possible, including gradients, photos or complex illustrations.

Genuine leather, imitation leather, soft PVC :

  • These techniques require a specific mold.
  • The number of colors is limited and gradients are not possible.

Can the design be reused for a restocking order?

Yes, we do! Once your design has been validated, we store it in our database. This makes it easy for you to reorder according to the conditions you’ve saved. You can also request adjustments (color, text, quantity) while keeping the basic visual. Simply indicate your order reference or project name when making your new request.
