Embroidery, highly prized for its embossed finish and quality rendering, remains a technique with certain technical limitations, particularly when it comes to reproducing a highly detailed logo on a bespoke flame key ring.
This process involves the application of thread topstitching (usually on a cotton/polyester fabric background), which creates a beautiful textured effect. However, embroidery machines are unable to reproduce this effect with precision:
- very complex patterns,
- too-thin elements,
- small texts,
- or subtle graphic details (shadows, very fine contours, gradients, etc.).
These constraints are linked to yarn thickness and stitch density. For intricate or highly detailed designs, we recommend a different manufacturing method, such as weaving or digital printing, which are better suited to this type of visual.
Embroidery remains ideal for clean logos, legible text and simple designs with an elegant relief effect.
